The battle for freedom will begin soon, Gernimo's troops are nearing; but JC and his crew are ready.
Dan Jarvis is leading the marksman by placing them on high places within El Paso; they are under orders to shoot anyone with red skin immediately.
The Beast and the rest of the JC Crew are to lead the ground effort shooting and stabbing anything with red skin in their paths.
JC sits in the Sheriffs office and takes position as the armchair general; his men are also under orders to shoot Doc Murray if he enters El Paso. He invites Red Rob to his office to discuss the split of bounty should the mission succeed.

OOC: I've already made my preparation post so I won't repost it here.
IC:
Rob leans against the door in JC's office and cups his hands as he lights a short, stubby cigar. He takes a good drag and slowly exhales the smoke "Mr Corbyn, a pleasure to meet you. This is the first time we have met in person and I must say I am quite impressed with the number of men you can rally to your cause. Now, this issue of a bounty, my suggestion is that we split it up according to the number of injuns killed. You and yours are likely to bring down a good deal more, but me and mine are good shots. This way we give our fellas a decent incentive to kill as many of those bastards as possible."

I will say this Red Rob, ambitious you are, how about we do it this way. 40% guaranteed to myself, 10% to yourself, 40% to injun kills and then 10% can be left over for replacement of crew as no doubt both of us will lose some men. This is a very good deal for you considering the size of your crew compared to mine

Rob paused, nodded slightly and then left the Sheriffs office.

As darkness falls, Red Rob and his crew quietly gather their possessions and leave the town. Come morning there is no sign of them, bar the small fort built up outside the train station.

OOC: On what charges? I'm a US Marshall, you are but a Sheriff.

OOC: Corbyn is both a US Marshall and a Sheriff, though he also has no legitimate reason to arrest Red Rob.
IC: Dallas Stoudenmire, who had agreed to join up with Rob's crew for the fight arrived back from the General Store with goods a plenty: exciting new chocolates from South America, freshly baked bread, and a selection of Mrs. Miggins' best pies. How excited he was to be back in action, after what seemed like decades of unemployment, warming the seats of El Paso's grittiest saloons. Ultimately it was no surprise to him that, once again, he had been forgotten and left on his lonesome.
