JC goes to Puerto Palmos to try and find the mysterious killer, he first decides to interview Angelica Ortiz to try and find out more information on the killer.

Ortiz claims to know nothing about the killer. There are many strange people who come into town, most are violent, thieves or killers, but they tend not to stay too long. She believes there to be only one attacker, and dismisses claims about the supernatural. Sometimes it's easier to blame a monster for occurrences like this than it is to accept that some people are capable of such evil.

JC stood on top of the water tower, whilst one of his crew members stood in a ditch behind the brothel's outhouse. They couldn't see anything.
OOC: You're really gonna need to work a bit harder on your RP if you want to be able to complete missions at this stage in the game. Think about these crime missions as L.A Noire-esque. Think about all the different groups of people in the town, think about who else you can talk to and then pick specific locations to look. This mission has a reward of $3000, so generalisations won't make the cut.
