Rob and his crew head out into the Luna badlands, Rob has in his hand a small map. They head for a cattle and sheep rustling farm located in the territory.
The crew are on edge. All of them had seen the mess left in Robbers Roost when Rob had brought them in, and all had listened to Kyle and The Little Man talk about the butchery that had occurred there. Hands hoevered over triggers and blades as they approached the ridge above the ranch.
The crew will wait behind the ridge whilst Rob and the two Sharpshooters crawl up and survey the scene below them.

The ranch was huge, bigger than they had ever seen. There was about $600 worth of sheep and cattle in the area, as well as two Standardbred horses tied to the side of the ranch house. The size of the ranch might cause some to think it would be better to occupy it, rather than simply rustle the livestock.
Through a looking glass, Rob and his crew could see a group of around four people playing poker in the ranch house. Two more were patrolling the far side, and one gentlemen was relieving himself in the desert shrubbery beneath the ridge the crew were perched upon.

Rob mused, should he approach the men and discuss their future employment, or should he just kill the lot of them... He needed a way of running the ranch, and he was not keen on risking the loss of more men.
Rob leaves Solo and The Kid on the ridge with their Winchesters out and ready to pick off anyone who makes a dodgy move. He sends Aldo the Apache on a circuitous route around the back of the ranch but takes the remaining men with him down to the group playing cards.
Rob sits on his horse and tips his hat at the men, whose facial expressions, under the beards might resemble shock or surprise "Mornin boys, my name is Rob, Red Rob. I doubt you've heard of me but your last boss did. Coe is dead now, along with all those men in Robbers Roost. I'm the new boss around these parts and I just wanna make sure you are workin fine and well. But I also want to make sure we are on good terms. You'll be needing more protection these days, that bastard Corbyn is huntin down rustlers and such, if you stick with me under the same deal you had with Coe, then I'll make sure he don't come near."

The men were nervous, hands over holsters, ready for combat. They did not trust Red Rob, as he had killed the man who held their loyalties and made them as 'wealthy' as they were. Of course, everyone has a price.
Red Rob can pay $1000 to get a 'Rustling Ranch' (Unique Building), providing $100 income per week. Or he could just kill the inhabitants and take the livestock.

"Gentlemen, I'll tell ya what. You keep runnin things here as you had and I'll come back in a couple weeks and purchase your services, for a higher price than Mr Coe ever did."
With that Rob and his crew turn about and leave the ranch.
