A convoy of new settlers is heading Westward from El Paso to the Town of Columbus in Luna County. The road heads through the Dona Ana badlands, one of the more dangerous areas north of the border, with a prevalence of Apache raiders, Mexican bandits and the Red Jack gang. Rumours that a wealthy Eastern businessman is aboard the convoy have prompted further fears about the safety of the passengers.

Reward for success: $400

Never approach a bull from the front, a horse from the rear or a fool from any direction.
