The Mayor, Leo Geurra, of Juarez is calling for urgent hands to help him rid his city of Vice. It seems he has discovered an underground Brothel which is being operated against his wishes.
The manager is a woman by the name of Belen Moreno, and Guerra asks that no harm comes to her or the other girls, but reports his lawmen have seen five armed guards present. They will likely resist arrest, and deadly force is authorised. Further to this, he believes that there is another investor of which he has no knowledge.
