Straying into Otero County without a clear plan of action was a huge mistake. After a few days of searching, the JD Crew were ambushed by one of the many Apache raiding parties in the area. The Crew were able to pick off four of the raiders from range, but the rest were able to encircle them. After a fierce battle on horseback, the JD Crew were able to kill another four, although Miliband was involved in a close call. At this point the final two raiders were able to be killed by Corbyn and the Beast respectively in a short gunfight.
Although they escaped without casualty, it would seem that the JD crew would need a better plan in order to find Tom Thorne without attracting unwanted attention.

The JD Crew crawl Back to El Paso County, try to seek information, when information is found JC decents to conduct a sneak attack on the assasins once there location is found, clearly telling his mean that it is shoot to maim NOT shoot to kill

Near the border with Otero county, a ranch hand claims he saw the assassins heading towards an old prospecting camp only a few miles north of his ranch. He believes they will have plenty of access to dynamite from the old stores and are heavily armed.

More than One! It appears we may lose some of us today but thats what we have to take, find some cover and fire at the place which the assasin is hiding make sure we stay far enough away that they cant see us but we can see them.

Staying back seemed to work, after the first shots were fired, one of the men could be seen to fall down within the cabin, the others quickly fell after attempting to return fire.
As the JD Crew went into the cabin to check the results, all the men, including Thomas Thorne, were found dead.
