The town is located deep into the Luna Badlands. Boaz Jones had seen several groups of outlaw and Apache types use the town as a stop-off through the county in order to avoid the attention of the authorities. As such, the town would be worth repopulating for the purpose of servicing such individuals. Saloons, Gambling Houses, Brothels and other illicit ventures could bring in a new population who wish to exist outside of conventional society.
